Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainers to train and mentor students across various departments — Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, Culinary Arts, and Soft Skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training sessions as per the AIH curriculum.
  • Conduct grooming, communication, and professional behavior sessions.
  • Evaluate trainees' performance and readiness for internships and placements.
  • Maintain training documentation and ensure high-quality delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with academic and placement teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior training or teaching experience preferred.
  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and passion for mentoring young professionals.
