Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The Executive Assistant will act as the primary point of contact, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure smooth execution of daily business activities.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Delhi, India. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, handling communications, and performing various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, presentations, and reports.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Operational Support
- Assist in preparing business reports, data summaries, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and expense reports.
- Track deadlines, projects, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and offering Executive Support
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
