About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer specializing in hospitality and luxury lifestyle spaces. The role involves leading end-to-end design development for high-end projects such as Salons, Spas, Nail Spas, Cafes, Bars, Lounges, Diners, and Tea Houses under the FashionTV luxury ecosystem. The ideal candidate should demonstrate creativity, leadership, and an understanding of premium aesthetics aligned with global luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptualization and design development for hospitality & luxury interior projects.

• Develop detailed layout plans, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and design presentations.

• Manage space planning, material selection, FF&E specifications, and overall design direction.

• Lead on-site design execution, ensuring quality control, precision, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants for seamless project execution.

• Review BOQs, construction drawings, and working details to ensure feasibility and accuracy.

• Provide creative leadership to junior/intermediate designers and oversee their deliverables.

• Ensure timely completion of design phases and approvals.

• Stay updated with global design trends in luxury hospitality and retail spaces.

• Deliver high-quality concept designs and final drawings within project timelines.

• Maintain brand consistency by ensuring adherence to FashionTV's luxury design standards.

• Achieve 100% accuracy in working drawings, FF&E specifications, and BOQ reviews.

• Ensure smooth on-site execution with minimal revisions and zero quality deviations.

• Successfully manage client presentations, ensuring alignment with project vision and expectations.

• Reduce design-to-execution gaps through effective coordination with contractors and vendors.

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to junior designers, ensuring productivity and quality output.

• Introduce innovative design ideas and solutions based on global hospitality and luxury trends.

• Maintain documentation, design reports, and progress updates for management review.

• Contribute to project profitability by optimizing materials, timelines, and design efficiencies.
