12 Job Description 12.01 Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

12.02 Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

12.03 Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

12.04 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

12.05 Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

12.06 Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

12.07 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

12.08 Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

12.09 Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing scanning

12.10 Coordination with HR Team.
