Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales activities for machine tool hydraulics, ensuring strategic growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Application Engineering Support: Provide hydraulic application engineering support to clients, assisting in the integration and optimization of hydraulic systems.
  • Technical Seminars: Conduct technical seminars to educate and engage with clients, showcasing the benefits and advancements of Nachi Hydraulics products.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in the machine tool hydraulics industry. A strong background in sales and customer relationship management is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel to analyse sales data, create reports, and support decision-making processes.

Desired Skills

  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of hydraulic systems and their applications in machine tools.
  • Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct engaging and informative technical seminars that appeal to a diverse audience.
