About the Role:

We are looking for a
passionate and detail-oriented Civil Designer (Fresher)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing design drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation under the guidance of senior engineers and designers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to start their career in infrastructure, structural, or land development design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing 2D drawings and 3D models using
    AutoCAD / Civil 3D / Revit / STAAD Pro
    (as applicable)
  • Support senior engineers in
    design calculations and drafting
  • Create and revise
    layout plans, profiles, and cross-sections
    for civil projects
  • Ensure
    accuracy, clarity, and compliance
    with design standards
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to design reviews
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of drawings

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of
    civil engineering principles and design software
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    (knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, or similar tools is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
