Role Overview

Individual contributor role, working on HDFC Bank's tele-sales floor.

Engage with NRI clients virtually, convert leads from HDFC NR RMs, and drive closures.

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage end-to-end sales process for NRI clients via virtual platforms.

Convert HDFC Bank NR Relationship Manager leads into closures.

Deliver high-quality client interactions with strong communication & presentation skills.

Build strong virtual presence while engaging overseas clients.

Handle client queries on global taxation and NRI requirements.

Meet sales targets while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

*Candidate Requirements*

2–8 years of NRI client sales experience (Banking/Insurance, virtual or retail).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Professional virtual presence, influencing and closing skills.

Preferred: Knowledge of global taxation and overseas client handling.

Ability to independently manage relationships and drive business growth.
