Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social, and web platforms.

1, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns using SFMC tools
  • Create and manage customer journeys and automations to nurture leads through the real estate sales funnel.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Collaborate with sales, CRM, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, programmatic) integrated with SFMC audiences.

3. Data & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance using SFMC analytics, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
