Role:
Service engineer – Responsible for leading the team in servicing and maintaining the EV fleet and ensuringuptime andmaintainingbelowthe targetedservicecost.
Responsibility:
- Responsibleformaintaininguptimeofthefleet
- Identifies, analyzes root cause and implement corrective actions for the failures,customercomplaintsandbreakdowns
- Responsibleforensuringadherenceofscheduled&preventive maintenanceofthe fleet
- Responsible for tracking and timely implementation of corrective action of all the issuesalongwithPD,qualityandsuppliers.
- Outsheddingofvehiclesasperschedule
- Responsibleforbudgetinputsforthefleet
- Monitoringgatein/outprocess
- Supervising360deginspection
- Jointinspectionofaccidentvehicles
- MakingtechnicalreportsandPPRs
- Assessingpartsrequirementforrepair
- Guidingserviceprovideronimproving efficiency
- Leadintroubleshootingtheissues
- Trainingserviceprovider
- Ensuringjobcardclosureandclaimprocessing
- FMSdataentry
- Compilationofdaily/weeklyandmonthlyreportsforthefleet
- Floatmanagementandsparesplanningforthefleet
Profile:
- Engineering/Diplomabackgroundisessential–Electrical/Mechanicalengineering
- Minimum1to2years'experienceinService /Aftermarketsupportteam
- GoodInterpersonalskillsandstrongcommunicationis essentialinEnglishandHindi.
