Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Jamnagar for a Training Officer. The Training Officer will oversee training activities, plan and execute development programs, and ensure employees acquire necessary skills to enhance job performance. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring training effectiveness through monitoring and evaluation. The role involves regular communication with teams to align programs with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Training & Development, Training, and Employee Training on Housekeeping & Soft Services .
  • Should have wok experiencew in Housekeeping at one of Hotel
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • 4+ Years of experiwence in Hospitality & Housekeeping
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills for evaluating training effectiveness and addressing skill gaps
  • Relevant experience in corporate training or employee development is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to lead and manage training sessions with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in using training tools and managing learning programs
