Desired Competencies (WM) (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

1.In-depth and Excellent business process understanding of Inbound and Outbound logistics with WM, SAP WM with putaway and removal strategies, warehouse structures,warehouse movements and transfers having hands on and work experience in E2E implementation/rollouts and support projects.

2.Strong working knowledge of LE-WM and Integration with other modules such as SAP PP, MM and SD

3.Strong working knowledge of SAP WM including all related master data and customizing.

4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills

5.Should have handled configuration requirement in SAP WM process mapping and prepare functional specification, requirement analysis.

Good-to-Have

1.Knowledge about RFID and its configuration, Barcode.

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

• Bring in strong business process knowledge on EWM processes and integration with cross modules like Production Planning, Material Management, Quality Management and SCM
• Build global EWM template and proposes process improvement plans
• Ensures appropriate process designs, including the correct business requirements
• Modelling and documenting business processes using the process methodology. Providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs and working together with the development team on SAP Configurations & custom developments.
• Coordinating with business, As-Is/To-Be, Configuration, unit testing, user acceptance tests, cutover, go-live and post go-live activities.
• Facilitate implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana and S/4 Hana Warehouse Management Innovation including seamless integration between warehouse management & production, visibility & control of stocks, Fiori Apps and Warehouse KPIs Operations.
• Bring in expert knowledge of warehouse management including basic warehouse management and advanced warehouse management processes.
• Strong cross functional leadership by bringing people together to gather relevant business requirements with the ability to look at the end to end processes and understand how the processes integrate in the SAP S/4 HANA product architecture.
• Develop/monitor/update and communicate SAP development plan, Integration Plan and Governance model
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and IT team adoption of Agile methodology
• Ensure effective communication to all stake holders (Business, PMO office, Client Partner etc.) from scope, Risks and Business Impacts perspective
• Hold regular project portfolio Integration meetings, ensure all developments follow standards
• Govern risks imposed by Cross Application projects that affects SAP project portfolio

• Completed university degree
• Knowledge/Expertise in configuration and implementation of: EWM inbound/outbound processing, stock management, physical inventory management, production integration, replenishment & scrapping
• Bring in ability to review the Warehouse Management processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP S/4HANA and conduct fit gap analysis
• 10+ years of experience within Extend Warehouse Management
• Minimum 3+ year of SAP S4 HANA implementation experience
• Conversant with SAP Fiori apps, Workflows
• Experience with cutover and data migration activities.
• Experience of project execution through Agile methodology
• Good cooperation skills and able to work cross-capability with a mix of internal and external consultants

• Working knowledge on Conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Experience in Manufacturing industry would be an added advantage
