Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
Data Engineer
with hands-on experience in the
Microsoft BI stack
, including
MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, ETL
, and
Power BI
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    ETL processes
    using
    SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
    .
  • Build and manage
    data models and OLAP cubes
    using
    SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
    .
  • Develop and deploy
    reports and dashboards
    using
    SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
    and
    Power BI
    .
  • Write complex
    T-SQL queries
    , stored procedures, and views for data extraction and transformation.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing data solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Monitor and maintain data workflows to ensure accuracy and availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a
    Data Engineer
    or
    BI Developer
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    MS SQL Server
    and
    T-SQL
    .
  • Experience with
    SSIS
    for building and managing ETL processes.
  • Experience developing
    SSAS
    cubes (Tabular or Multidimensional models).
  • Experience with
    SSRS
    for report creation and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Power BI
    – data modeling, DAX, report development.
  • Solid understanding of
    data warehousing concepts
    and
    dimensional modeling
    .
  • Familiarity with
    data governance, security, and compliance
    best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
