Role Overview

The HR & Administration Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, employee life cycle processes, HR operations, and general office administration. This role requires strong people management skills, recruiting expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition


• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.


• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.


• Maintain candidate databases, job postings, and recruitment trackers.


• Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters/appointment letters.

2. HR Operations & Employee Management


• Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.


• Maintain HR records, attendance, leaves, and employee database.


• Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, code of conduct, and compliance processes.


• Manage payroll coordination with accounts, including salary inputs, reimbursements, and benefits administration.


• Plan employee engagement activities, training sessions, and grievance handling.

3. Administration & Office Management


• Oversee office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.


• Ensure maintenance of office infrastructure, cleanliness, and safety protocols.


• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, events, and logistics.


• Handle AMC contracts, utility payments, and asset management.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.


• 7-10 years of experience in HR recruitment and office administration.


• Strong knowledge of HR laws, hiring portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and documentation processes.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.


• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

Preferred Attributes


• Experience in startup, IT, media, or service-based industries is an advantage.


• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.


• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
