About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled
IT & Network Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users. This role requires a proactive professional with strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical expertise in IT systems and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and networking equipment.
  • Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and data protection measures.
  • Provide technical support for desktops, servers, applications, and other IT assets.
  • Manage and maintain cloud platforms, email systems, and backup solutions.
  • Conduct regular system updates, patch management, and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist in IT & network infrastructure upgrades and new technology implementations.
  • Document network configurations, system procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT & Network Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
