We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie (Bakery) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bakery and pastry operations, creativity in presentation, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items as per hotel standards.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie and Pastry Chef in daily operations.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Contribute ideas for new bakery items and seasonal menus.
  • Supervise and guide Commis-level team members when required.
Experience Needed

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a hotel bakery or pastry kitchen.

  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery preferred.
