Work Experience
ï'· 5 years of core relevant experience in SAP CRM / C4C both technical and
functional

Primary Skills
ï'· Providing Subject Matter Expertise of best practices in use of SAP Customer
Experience (CX).
ï'· Responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through
implementation of program management solutions.
ï'· Good knowledge / work experience in below SAP- CX areas
1. SAP Marketing Cloud: campaign management, lead management
and analysis.
2. SAP Commerce Cloud: omnichannel commerce, product
information management, merchandising and promotion.
3. SAP Sales Cloud: mobile CRM solution, customer and opportunity
management.
4. SAP-Service Cloud
ï'· Build SAP-CX Practice, participation in new bids, bring in new business
provide Consulting services to existing / new customers as and when
required.
ï'· Capacity and capability Building by arranging training programs to develop the
competency as and when required.
ï'· Hire 2 nd level leaders with connections, who has a zeal / interest to build the
competency.
ï'· Delivery responsibility as to define project scope and provide project
implementation estimates including time frames, quality and quantity of
resources required to successfully implement project; develop project plan
incorporating all project variables including risk.
ï'· Act as a Subject matter expertise on SAP CX modules to identify, develop,
and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase
efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and
efficiencies for each client. Analysing and translating business requirements
into alternative functional solutions, utilising best practice and within the remit
of the enterprise architecture
ï'· Conversing with technical and non-technical audiences
ï'· Providing guidance and consultancy to business users and other functional
consultants

ï'· Should possess extensive expertise, practical experience and deep business
knowledge of SAP CX (Customer experience).
ï'· Should have experience in articulating the concerns and grievances raised by
their team in response to changes in processes or technological environment.
ï'· Adept in all phases of project development, from conceptualization to analysis
& recommendations, project planning, implementation, through realization and
going live; able to translate business objectives into clear functional and
technical requirements.
ï'· Should have experience and inclination towards Pre-Sales.
ï'· Strong understanding of core C4C module out of the box functionality.
ï'· Strong communication skills
ï'· Able to articulate hybris solutions to client / business stakeholders with good
presentation skills
ï'· Provide Consulting services solving problems in ongoing engagements
ï'· Strong in Java, spring framework, MVC Architecture, HTML5/CSS, UI
development and Design patterns.
ï'· Define and follow best practices to manage performance and scalability of
C4C solution.

Nice to Have Skills -

1. Experience in creating proof of concepts in C4C ecommerce and doing
research to recommend appropriate solutions for the client business
requirement.
2. Diagnose and solve technical problems related to hybris
implementation.
3. Create end- to-end specifications for C4C commerce solutions.
4. Strong understanding of object oriented programming and relational
databases.
