Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jhagadia for a Plant Operator. The Plant Operator will oversee plant operations, ensure equipment is functioning efficiently, and perform quality control checks. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, tasks may involve routine equipment maintenance and forklift operation as needed to support the operational workflow.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Plant Operations and Machine Operation
  • Experience in Quality Control and monitoring production standards
  • Practical knowledge of Maintenance tasks for machinery and equipment
  • Forklift Operation skills
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or metals industry is advantageous
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
