Pet Set Go
is a young, fast-growing pet accessory & lifestyle brand from India. What started as a college project 3 years ago is now a D2C brand trusted by lakhs of pet parents across India.
We design and manufacture everything in-house—bringing together playful designs, top-notch quality, and practical functionality. You'll find us on our Website, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon and lot of Pet stores.

What you'll do:
- Handle
day-to-day order processing - Maintain and update
daily operational reports
. - Coordinate with
logistic partners
for timely pickups and deliveries - Monitor
deliveries and escalations
, ensuring customer satisfaction - Work closely with the core team to support and improve operational efficiency
- Manage
QCs (Quick Commerce) platforms
like Blinkit to ensure smooth stock updates and fulfillment. - Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
What we're looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience in operations/logistics (freshers with strong organizational skills welcome)
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Shopify/Quick Commerce portals is a bonus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and reliable.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Someone who thrives in a
fast-paced startup
environment.
