 Insurance Broking Administration Specialist

We are looking for a talented individual to join our Health Asia HK Broking Admin - Billing team. This role involves providing comprehensive back-end support for insurance broking operations, including end-to-end billing, reconciliation, and handling inquiries from insurers and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in insurance, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We will count on you to:

• Manage end-to-end billing processes and ensure accurate reconciliation of records.
• Handle enquiries from insurers and clients promptly and professionally.
• Support reporting activities and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance knowledge and skills.

What you need to have:

• Any graduate can apply, preferred bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and broking processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to learning and adapting to new challenges.
