Key Responsibilities-

Research and Development:

  1. Development of products as per customer requirements.
  2. Conduct detailed analysis and testing of materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Project Management:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to budgets.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Track project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Design and Testing:

  1. Oversee prototype development and testing, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and performance goals.
  2. Evaluate test results and prepare technical reports and recommendations.

Documentation and Compliance:

  1. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, test protocols, and technical reports.
  2. Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ROHS).

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    : 2-4 years of experience in composite materials R&D and project management.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of materials, including metals,Composite and manufacturing techniques.
  • Proven track record of managing R&D projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Competency in CAD and simulation software (e.g., Ansys, Abaqus).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
