Technical / Maintenance Manager _________________________________________________________________________________________________
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES Productivity:
  • Insures the realization of the maintenance objectives (daily / monthly / yearly).
  • In charge of the creation & realization of the global Preventive Maintenance Plans, applying through all the Company premises and covering all its productive & supporting equipment's.
  • Follows the maintenance figures, analyze the drifts and remedy it.
  • Establishes standards and policies for installation, modification, testing, operating procedures, inspections, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
  • Directs maintenance of plant buildings and coordinates requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
  • Follows the MTBF & MTTR by machines, analyzes the discrepancies, engages resolutions of problem(s) and leads the corrective actions if needed.
  • Defines the priorities of actions within the framework of the resolutions of problems.
  • Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
  • Tests newly installed machines and equipment to ensure fulfillment of contract specifications.
  • Makes sure of the cleanliness and the arrangement of his department by applying the 5S methodology and by taking into account comments of the Daily Patrol.

Manage spare parts stocks:
  • Validates lists of spare parts items (critical / general) and maintain the stocks.
  • Regularly search for new vendors and optimized repairing solutions
