SEO & Media Executive Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO & Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our digital presence, increasing organic traffic, and managing media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies, analyze performance metrics, and execute media buying for paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and technical SEO elements.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Media Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies for digital ad campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance based on KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, and CPA.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop ad copies and visuals for campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in SEO and digital media management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (preferred but not mandatory).
