English Subject Matter Expert

Working Days: 6 days a week
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable English Subject Matter Expert (SME) Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong command over the English language, experience in teaching MP Board curriculum, and the ability to create high-quality academic content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor Hindi medium MP Board students in English subject.
- Deliver lectures from the office premises and record them for future use.
- Develop and review study materials, PPTs, PDFs, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure conceptual clarity.
- Take online classes occasionally when required.
- Work closely with the academic team to improve student performance.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and exam trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in English or related field.
- Prior teaching experience with MP Board curriculum preferred.
- Excellent subject knowledge and strong command over grammar and literature.
- Comfortable with PDF/PPT creation, digital tools, and online teaching platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage academic responsibilities and deliver results on time.
