Role Overview

We are onboarding a mid-senior full-stack contributor to support ongoing platform engineering and feature velocity across our product suite. This is a lean execution role tailored for engineers who thrive in an agile, high-pressure, outcome-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, ship, and maintain modular front-end and back-end components.
  • Drive end-to-end feature implementation—architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate delivery cycles.
  • Optimize codebases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

Core Skill Requirements

Front-End:

  • / (or equivalent)
  • Strong UI/UX implementation experience
  • Responsive layouts, component-driven design

Back-End:

  • / Express (or similar modern backend frameworks)
  • REST APIs, authentication flows, session management
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)

Dev Skills:

  • Git, CI/CD workflows
  • Basic cloud deployment familiarity (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean)
  • Understanding of scalability, security, and performance benchmarks

Experience Level

  • 2–5 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience

Engagement Structure

  • Contract-based role
  • Workload: 4 hours/day
