Job Overview The SAP FICO S/4 HANA End-to-End Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in the organization by overseeing the successful implementation and integration of SAP FICO solutions. As the SAP landscape continues to evolve, this role demands a proactive approach in adopting new technologies and methodologies that can elevate the company's financial systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects.
  • Configure SAP S/4 HANA Financial modules according to business needs.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Design and execute data migration plans from legacy systems to SAP.
  • Conduct testing phases including unit, integration, and user acceptance.
  • Provide training to end-users and support team members.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project lifecycle and changes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, operations, and finance teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and updates.
  • Provide ongoing support post-implementation and system enhancements.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to the financial technology roadmap.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation.
  • Advanced knowledge of S/4 HANA financial processes.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP project lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Familiarity with change management processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel on-site for project implementations if required.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in financial technology.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
