About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Manager – Pre-Sales & Business Development
to join our growing team at
CRAMSN
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Pharma CRO, CDMO, and CRAMS
environments, with a strong understanding of API and Formulation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to RFx (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and prepare comprehensive, high-quality proposals within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to develop RFPs and lead product and technology inputs for client requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including cross-functional team coordination to deliver competitive and business-winning solutions.
  • Facilitate technical discussions (TCs) between customers and internal teams, and maintain accurate minutes.
  • Provide innovative, cost-effective, and timely solutions to customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain pricing strategies with key accounts, ensuring scope management and revenue optimization.
  • Regularly update and maintain the RFP tracker, providing insights to senior leadership.
  • Track proposal outcomes and collaborate with Business Development counterparts for follow-ups.
  • Organize project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Participate in project closure discussions and contribute to strategies for future opportunities.

Required Experience:

  • 5–10 years
    of experience in
    Pharma CRO / CDMO / CRAMS
    industry (mandatory)

Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. (Chemistry)
    ;
    MBA preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
