About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Manager – Pre-Sales & Business Development
to join our growing team at
CRAMSN
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Pharma CRO, CDMO, and CRAMS
environments, with a strong understanding of API and Formulation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to RFx (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and prepare comprehensive, high-quality proposals within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop RFPs and lead product and technology inputs for client requirements.
- Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including cross-functional team coordination to deliver competitive and business-winning solutions.
- Facilitate technical discussions (TCs) between customers and internal teams, and maintain accurate minutes.
- Provide innovative, cost-effective, and timely solutions to customer needs.
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies with key accounts, ensuring scope management and revenue optimization.
- Regularly update and maintain the RFP tracker, providing insights to senior leadership.
- Track proposal outcomes and collaborate with Business Development counterparts for follow-ups.
- Organize project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and ensure seamless handovers.
- Participate in project closure discussions and contribute to strategies for future opportunities.
Required Experience:
- 5–10 years
of experience in
Pharma CRO / CDMO / CRAMS
industry (mandatory)
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. (Chemistry)

MBA preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
