ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Developing detailed structural designs for a wide range of steel structures including industrial facilities etc.
  • Ensure designs meet local, national, and international engineering standards and codes.
  • Design and calculate structural components such as columns, vessels etc.
  • Structural Frame Inplace / Lifting Analysis.
  • Pipe rack, Process Platform, Equipment support platform, vibration check (Dynamic Analysis ) of rotary equipment support structure.
  • Modular structure design and analysis (Inplace, Sea transportation, Road Transportation , Lifting Analysis )
  • Prepare conceptual framing planning, staad modeling , load Calculation, application of design parameters and analysis of structural steel.
  • Connections design calculation for steel structure.
  • Should know base plate and Anchor bolt calculations.
  • Perform structural analysis of steel frameworks under various loading conditions.
  • Utilize software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, or Tekla to conduct structural simulations and optimize designs.
  • Prepare design drawings, technical reports, and calculation sheets to communicate design solutions to clients.
  • Review and verify design documents and ensure accuracy before submission to authorities or clients.
  • Technical Query (TQ) and report preparation.
  • Checking and reviewing Vendor Documents like Bill of material, Assembly, and fabrication drawings, Calculation Reports.
