Job Title: SAP Test Manager

Location: India (Hybrid / Onsite as per client requirement)

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with a strong background in leading large-scale SAP testing programs, including S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in SAP test management, pre-sales support, stakeholder management, and test automation, ensuring high-quality delivery of SAP solutions across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP testing programs for large and complex projects.
  • Oversee test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
  • Drive S/4HANA migration testing projects and ensure smooth transition and minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with clients during pre-sales activities by providing SAP testing solutions, effort estimation, and proposals.
  • Apply estimation models to plan testing efforts effectively.
  • Ensure alignment with business stakeholders and manage client communications proactively.
  • Provide leadership to testing teams and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage test automation tools in SAP landscapes.
  • Manage risks, issues, and escalations while maintaining project governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall experience, with strong SAP testing management expertise.
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale SAP testing projects.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA migration testing.
  • Strong pre-sales experience in SAP testing solutions.
  • Proficiency in test management tools (HP ALM, Jira, Solution Manager, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of test automation tools used in SAP (e.g., Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca, UFT).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in applying various estimation models for SAP projects.
