Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.
Checking in baggage.
Making reservations.
Selling airline tickets.
Stocking aircraft with refreshments.
Cleaning aircraft after flights.
Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children.
Providing information to passengers

Job Description

1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to passengers, including answering queries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.

2. Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety and security of passengers, employees, and airport facilities by following security protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns.

3. Communication: Communicating effectively with passengers, colleagues, and other stakeholders through various channels, including radio, phone, and email.

4. Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to ensure smooth and efficient airport operations.

5. Adaptability: Being flexible and adaptable to changing situations, such as flight delays, cancellations, or weather conditions.

6. Attention to Detail: Maintaining attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in tasks, such as baggage handling, check-in, and boarding.

7. Knowledge of Airport Procedures: Having knowledge of airport procedures, including security protocols, baggage handling, and check-in processes.

8. Problem-Solving: Resolving problems and issues that may arise during airport operations, such as baggage claims, flight disruptions, or customer complaints.

Position: Airport Ground Staff (CSA)

No. of Seats: 516

Minimum qualification 12th Pass & Above from the recognized board.
Airport Ground Staff Both Males & Females can apply. Freshers can also apply.
Aviation/Airline certificate or diploma is not required.
10th+ITI students are eligible for the Ground Staff position and can apply.
