Video Clip Editor & Capture Specialist Job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Clip Editor & Capture Specialist to record, edit, and produce high-quality video content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong technical capture skills, a sharp editorial eye, and the ability to tell compelling stories through video.

Key Responsibilities

Video Capture & Recording

  • Capture high-quality video footage using cameras, screen capture software, or in-game recording tools
  • Set up and manage audio, lighting, and recording environments
  • Capture live events, gameplay, interviews, or product demos as required

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software
  • Add transitions, graphics, sound effects, subtitles, and color correction
  • Sync audio and video for optimal quality
  • Maintain consistent branding and visual style

Content Optimization

  • Export and format videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, ads)
  • Create short-form clips, highlights, and promotional cuts
  • Optimize video length, resolution, and aspect ratios

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, or production teams
  • Manage project timelines and deliver assets on schedule
  • Organize and maintain video assets and file structures

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a video editor, content creator, or capture specialist
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Experience with screen capture, gameplay recording, or live capture tools (OBS, Shadow Play, capture cards)
  • Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression
  • Attention to detail and strong storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with motion graphics and basic animation
  • Knowledge of audio editing and sound design
  • Familiarity with social media video trends and best practices
  • Experience in marketing, or digital media production
