Role Description

  • Define and drive the
    ad monetization strategy

for STAN's platform
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to build, launch, and optimize ad products (display, video, native, and in-app)
- Monitor ad revenue metrics, identify gaps, and propose product enhancements
- Analyze user behavior, ad performance, and campaign data to optimize monetization while ensuring a positive user experience
- Work closely with the growth and marketing teams to integrate ad products into campaigns and creator tools
- Prioritize features, create product roadmaps, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to release
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends in mobile ad tech, gaming monetization, and creator platforms

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience

in product management, preferably in ad monetization, digital media, or mobile apps
- Strong understanding of ad tech (programmatic, RTB, in-app ad formats) and monetization models
- Data-driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools and SQL for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for gaming, digital content, or creator ecosystems
- Prior experience working on mobile platforms and creator-focused products is a plus
