TANKAGE/BULLET ENGINEER

Job Description: Responsible for fabricating & erection of Bullets / Vessels with ensuring the quality, adhering to industry standards and safety regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fabrication & Erection:

1.a. Oversee the Fabrication & Erection process, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.

1.b. Coordinate with workman crew, including welders, fitters, and other tradespeople, to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.

1.c. Inspect fabricated components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality requirements.

1.d. Develop erection plans and schedules, considering site conditions, logistics, and project timelines.

1.e. Assess site conditions and ensure proper preparation for erection.

1.f. Manage the erection site, ensuring safety, organization, and efficient workflow.

  1. Quality Control:

2.a. Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the process.

2.b. Conduct inspections to verify the quality and integrity of fabricated components and assemblies.

2.c. Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from specifications.

  1. Collaboration and Communication:

3.a. Work closely with engineers, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

3.b. Communicate effectively with all team members, providing clear instructions and feedback.

4.) Problem Solving:

4.a. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the fabrication & Installation process.

4.b. Propose and implement solutions to improve fabrication processes and quality.

5.) Safety:

5.a. Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and procedures.

5.b. Promote a safety-conscious culture within the team.
