Role Overview

We are looking for a
Software Engineering Architect
who is not just a designer of systems but a
hands-on technologist, mentor, and cultural leader
. This role demands end-to-end ownership: from understanding client requirements to architecting scalable solutions, from coding and mentoring to handling critical production issues.

You will be the
technical face of ZenV
– representing us at conferences, setting engineering standards, and inspiring the team to deliver excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Design:
• Own the architecture of
  Incube
  and
  Flutto
  platforms.
• Design microservices-based scalable solutions using
  Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, MySQL, Kubernetes/Helm
  .
• Translate business and client requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Hands-on Development & Coding:
• Write production-grade code where needed.
• Define coding standards, review code, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Stay ahead with evolving stacks and guide the adoption of the right technologies.
• DevOps & Infrastructure:
• Lead DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability.
• Ensure smooth deployment, scaling, and availability on cloud-native infrastructure (K8s, Helm).
• Client & Business Engagement:
• Work closely with clients to capture requirements and convert them into actionable technical blueprints.
• Handle
  P1 / production critical support issues
  directly with accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Leadership & Culture Building:
• Be a role model for engineers – inspire, mentor, and coach.
• Foster a culture of
  freedom with responsibility
  and
  innovation with discipline
  .
• Encourage a flat hierarchy, open discussions, and bold thinking.
• External Representation:
• Represent ZenV at tech conferences, developer summits, and academic/industry events.
• Evangelize ZenV's vision and products to the larger ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.
• Proven expertise in:
• Backend:
  Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices.
• Frontend:
  ReactJS, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Database:
  MySQL / PostgreSQL.
• DevOps:
  Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of
  cloud-native architectures
  and distributed systems.
• Experience in handling
  production issues (P1 support)
  with ownership and calmness.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to interface with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Track record of
  leading teams, mentoring engineers, and driving culture
  .

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to
  AI/ML integration
  in SaaS platforms.
• Experience with
  API-first architectures
  and third-party integrations.
• Contributions to
  open-source projects
  .
• Prior experience in
  startups
  or fast-paced product environments.
