Job Title: Project Manager (with Full Stack Development Background)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Full Stack Development background to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall experience, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end technology projects, combined with hands-on expertise in full stack development. This role requires both leadership and technical acumen to bridge business needs with robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple technology projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and clients.
Leverage technical expertise in Full Stack Development to provide guidance, resolve challenges, and ensure best practices are followed.
Define project scope, objectives, detailed plans, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring strong collaboration across distributed teams.
Provide technical direction, architecture oversight, and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure high-quality delivery through effective testing strategies, performance monitoring, and code reviews.
Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, and reports for leadership and clients.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in project management and hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong expertise in front-end technologies (React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end frameworks , Spring Boot, REST APIs).
Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven track record of leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.
Excellent understanding of SDLC, software engineering practices, and modern architecture patterns (Microservices, Cloud-native).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
PMP / CSM / SAFe Agile certifications preferred.
Experience working in Insurance, Healthcare, or BFSI domain is a plus.
