Academic Counselor

Job Summary:

The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and parents about various academic programs, courses, and admission procedures. The role involves handling inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, and converting leads into enrollments while maintaining a professional and student-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding the institute's programs, admission process, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries efficiently and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and messages to ensure maximum admissions.
• Maintain accurate data of all inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM or internal software.
• Participate in admission drives, events, and orientation programs as required.
• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates on admissions, batches, and fee collections.
• Provide proper post-admission support and ensure smooth onboarding of students.
• Represent the institute professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both Hindi and English).
• Good convincing ability and a student-first approach.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Target-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
• Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (education sector preferred).

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
