About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our development team and help design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist who thrives in solving complex problems, writing clean code, and mentoring junior engineers.

As a Senior Software Engineer, youll work closely with cross-functional teamsproduct managers, designers, DevOps, and QAto deliver reliable, efficient, and secure software products.

You will also play a key role in shaping technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.

- Participate in the design and evolution of system architecture to meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

- Work closely with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

- Ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and performance) and participate in code reviews.

- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and monitor applications in production.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and advocate for best practices to improve the development process.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with modern frameworks such as Django, Spring Boot, .NET Core, , or (depending on tech stack).

- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.

- Proficiency with Git and modern branching workflows.

- Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
