Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CA CS Trainee located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities include assisting in financial reporting, tax planning, compliance management, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additional duties may involve conducting audits, research, and analysis to support financial decision-making and ensuring regulatory adherence. The role provides hands-on experience with financial operations in the gold loan business within a growing NBFC environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Auditing, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Knowledge of Tax Planning and Compliance Management processes
  • Analytical and Research skills to support financial decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) pursuing candidate; other relevant financial qualifications are advantageous
  • Experience or interest in the finance or NBFC industry is a plus
