Role & responsibilities

CMM inspector/Programmer:

  • Experience in operating coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and knowledge of CMM programming software preferably Calypso.
  • Interpret and apply AS9100, customer specifications, and detailed aerospace drawings, including GD&T requirements.
  • Analyse measurement data to ensure parts conform to quality standards.
  • Assist with root cause analysis and corrective action processes when non-conformances are identified.
  • Implementation of CMM automation, and inline inspection technologies.
  • Implementation of CMM Fixtures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and measurement results.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100.
  • Experience with CMM, GD&T, SPC, NDT, and metrology tools.
  • Proficiency in quality tools like 8D, 5-Why, DMAIC, and PFMEA.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification BE/B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in CMM Quality

Quality Inspector/Engineer:

  • Knowledge of In process Inspection & Final inspection activities.
  • Monitor Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions.
  • Exposure to Quality management Systems accordance with AS9100.
  • NC closing through 7 QC Tools .
  • Review of Non-Conformances every day and find out Root Cause and corrective actions with target.
  • Knowledge on GD&T .
  • Handling of various Instrument / Equipment, like Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Height master, Contour tester, VMS.
  • Contribute for Continual Improvements.
  • Co-ordinating with production team & other CFT for the Quality Issues.
  • Data Collection and Analysis tools like SPC, Minitab.
  • Exposure to quality concepts like PPAP, SPC, 8D Analysis, 5S & Supplier Quality.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Mechanical -5- 7 Years or BE/B. Tech - 4-6 Years.
