We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using the .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure adherence to best practices, and play a pivotal role in architecting modern solutions leveraging .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and ASP.NET MVC.

This role is critical in enabling digital transformation, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering robust, maintainable software across diverse industries including Healthcare, FinTech, Property Management, and Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade applications from architecture to deployment and production support.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Web API, and MVC.
  • Own technical direction, code quality, and performance optimization across projects.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and promote engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and regulatory standards.
  • Drive adoption of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployment (Azure).
  • Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure automated testing, monitoring, and observability.
  • Participate in architectural decision-making, including microservices, API gateways, and integration patterns.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in .NET ecosystem (e.g., .NET 8+, Minimal APIs, Blazor, gRPC).

Leadership & Collaboration:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in a lead or technical architect role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
  • Experience in legacy modernization, system integration, and API-first development is a plus.
