Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onboarding Specialist located in Thane. The Onboarding Specialist will facilitate new hire processes, including preparing onboarding plans, conducting orientation sessions, and addressing employee queries. Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth integration for new employees by coordinating with internal departments, managing documentation, and tracking onboarding progress. The role also involves improving onboarding strategies to enhance the employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to oversee various onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with new hires and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented skills for maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
