Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an SMT Panasonic Machine Operator located in Lucknow. The SMT Panasonic Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMT machines, conducting inspections, and ensuring the quality of the assembled PCBs. Daily tasks include setting up SMT machines, loading materials, troubleshooting, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in operating SMT machines and knowledge of surface mount technology processes
- Technical skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of SMT equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct quality inspections
- Familiarity with PCB assembly processes and standards
- Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
