Responsibilities

Must Haves


• Strong experience with React Native, including deep expertise in performance

optimization, animations, and mobile-first design.


• Solid understanding of native development—comfortable tweaking Kotlin (Android)

and Swift (iOS) when needed.


• Good grasp of app architecture, scalability, and state management best practices (Redux,

Zustand, Recoil or similar).


• Previous experience working on media-heavy apps (bonus if you worked with video

streaming, offline caching, adaptive bitrate handling, etc.)


• Problem-solving mindset you don't just code, you think through user experience, app

performance, and long-term maintenance.


• Startup energy. Ownership mindset. No 'just doing tasks' here.
