We are hiring an experienced and energetic Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations for our new restaurant. Candidate should be strong in South Indian/Malabar dishes, able to supervise staff, maintain food quality, and handle a fast-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Assist Head Chef in cooking and kitchen management
Maintain taste, quality, hygiene, and consistency
Supervise staff and support food prep
Manage inventory and ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Cook
Good knowledge of Malabar/South Indian cuisine
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
