We are hiring an experienced and energetic Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations for our new restaurant. Candidate should be strong in South Indian/Malabar dishes, able to supervise staff, maintain food quality, and handle a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Head Chef in cooking and kitchen management

  • Maintain taste, quality, hygiene, and consistency

  • Supervise staff and support food prep

  • Manage inventory and ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Cook

  • Good knowledge of Malabar/South Indian cuisine

  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
