Senior Front-End Web Developer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Front-End Web Developer to build performant, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences for a global, multilingual audience. You will partner closely with designers, marketers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver modern, component-driven web applications. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, contributes to architectural decisions, and mentors others while remaining hands-on in the code.

·       Develop and maintain high-quality, component-driven front-ends using , React, and TypeScript.

·       Integrate with and extend Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver); Acquia/Drupal experience is a plus.

·       Translate UX designs into responsive, inclusive interfaces aligned to WCAG/a11y best practices.

·       Optimize performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals), implement lazy loading and image optimization, and ensure SEO-friendly rendering (SSR/ISR).

·       Contribute to content modeling, component architecture, and CMS personalization strategies.

·       Help evolve our design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook) for consistency and reuse.

·       Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement.

·       Write high-quality code supported by automated tests and CI/CD workflows.

·       Mentor junior developers and champion front-end best practices across teams.

·       Deploy and manage server-rendered apps (SSR/ISR) on platforms such as Vercel or Azure.

·       Production experience with Optimizely CMS (Episerver) and component-driven development.

·       Hands-on performance optimization experience (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).

·       Comfort with Git-based workflows and Agile/Scrum delivery in cross-functional teams.

·       Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.

·       Experience with Acquia/Drupal CMS platforms.

·       Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and API integrations (REST/GraphQL).

·       Experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven development patterns.

·       Exposure to analytics, experimentation, and tag management tools (e.g., Optimizely Full Stack, Google Tag Manager).

·       Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Vitest) and CI pipelines.
