About The Role
Were looking for a Senior Architect AI & Enterprise Development, a highly skilled technology leader with a strong background in enterprise architecture and AI-driven solutions. In this role, youll lead architecture and solution design for large-scale enterprise clients, driving AI-enabled digital transformation and ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and solutioning for enterprise-grade applications with a focus on AI/ML integration.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand business challenges and design innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.
  • Act as a technology evangelist, introducing and implementing next-gen AI and enterprise frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and delivery teams.
  • Ensure the architectural quality, scalability, and security of solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and build POCs to validate new ideas and approaches.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 6+ years in enterprise software development, with 1+ years in architecture or solutioning.
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI APIs), enterprise platforms, and cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and modern design patterns; hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, REST/gRPC, Kafka, and Redis.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Based in Delhi/NCR and comfortable engaging with enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in fast-paced environments and deliver high-impact solutions.

Good To Have

  • Exposure to enterprise sectors such as BFSI, Retail, or Consulting.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like GitLab, Jira, Trello, and Zoom.
