Salary Range:
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Experience:
6–12 months as a Data Analyst
or
Data Analyst Certification

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize daily production and operational data.
  • Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends and irregularities.
  • Maintain, update, and track PMS data for all employees.
  • Ensure timely input of PMS data and accurately track changes, scores, and department updates.
  • Generate MIS reports for management on a regular basis.
  • Maintain data dashboards, trackers, and databases systematically.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely data submission.
  • Highlight data discrepancies for immediate corrective action.
  • Prepare charts, summaries, and visual reports for easy understanding.
  • Ensure proper data documentation, backup, and security.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Data Analyst Certification
    or
    6–12 months of relevant experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Charts).
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in data cleaning, data organization, and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to handle and track PMS-related data efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
