Job Responsibility

  1. Design and visual communication

  2. Conceptualize, design, and develop creative visuals for marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, banners, standees, digital creatives, and event backdrops

  3. Create layouts for patient education materials, social media posts, and in-house publications along with video editing
  4. Maintain brand consistency across all designs in line with the hospital's communication standards and visual identity guidelines

  5. Work closely with the Marketing and Communication team to translate ideas and briefs into impactful designs

  6. Digital and social media support

  7. Develop digital creatives, infographics, and social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Page

  8. Adapt designs for web and mobile formats to ensure optimized visual appeal across digital channels

  9. Support video editing and motion graphic requirements for promotional clips or hospital updates

  10. Print and production coordination

  11. Prepare final artwork for print with correct specifications, dimensions, and color formats

  12. Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and fabrication agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials  Maintain an organized digital archive of all design files and templates for future use 4. Event and internal communication design
  13. Support in creating event branding materials (certificates, stage backdrops, displays, etc.)
  14. Design templates and creatives for hospital announcements, health awareness campaigns, and internal newsletters

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, or corporate setup
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, and Canva
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects) will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of print production and layout design
  • Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously Key Competencies:
