Job Description

FOR YOU PROPERTY is looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our daily office operations at our Subhanpura, Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will help maintain office cleanliness, assist staff with simple tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep the office clean and organized, including reception area, meeting room, pantry, and workstations.
  • Handle courier services, mail deliveries, and basic document distribution.
  • Run small errands when required (e.g., collecting items, delivering documents).
  • Prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Support admin and office staff with simple daily tasks.
  • Maintain discipline, hygiene, and a positive attitude at work.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Office Boy or Helper (preferred but not required).
  • Polite and basic communication skills.
  • Honest, punctual, and dedicated.
  • Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple small tasks.
  • Physically fit and active.
