About Mangwale

Mangwale is a hyperlocal delivery and parcel platform based in Nashik, Maharashtra. We currently operate with live User, Vendor, and Rider apps built in Flutter (v1) and are developing a modern, scalable version 2.0 in React Native.

We're looking for a proactive, multi-skilled mobile developer who is experienced in both Flutter and React Native, to maintain and enhance our existing system while also helping build our next-gen platform.

Key ResponsibilitiesCurrent Flutter App (v1)

  • Fix UI/UX bugs, payment integrations (PhonePe/Razorpay), and map SDK issues
  • Work with Laravel backend APIs
  • Manage app store releases (Android + iOS)

React Native App Development (v2)

  • Develop clean, responsive User, Vendor, and Rider apps using React Native
  • Work closely with the backend team (NestJS/PostgreSQL) to consume new APIs
  • Build scalable app architecture with Redux/MobX and modular components
  • Implement Firebase features (auth, notifications, real-time updates)
  • Optimize performance and ensure multilingual support

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in mobile development
  • Proficiency in both Flutter and React Native
  • Solid understanding of REST API integration
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Firebase SDKs (Auth, Firestore, FCM)
  • Google Maps SDK
  • Third-party SDKs (e.g., PhonePe, Razorpay)
  • Strong UI/UX sense and ability to implement clean, modern designs
  • Familiar with version control (GitHub)

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience working on apps from CodeCanyon or legacy platforms
  • Familiarity with voice commands and WhatsApp integrations
  • Understanding of app accessibility, multilingual UI (Marathi/Hindi), and low-data mode optimizations
  • Experience with Play Store / App Store deployment
