About the Role:

The Senior Data Analyst is part of a cross-functional team that delivers data solutions and plays a fundamental role in our corporate data and applications, responsible for delivering data migration and reporting in both BAU and Projects aspects. You will be responsible for data analysis, data transformation, and reporting working closely with the business application team and project team servicing business stakeholders at all levels. .

Your Responsibilities:

Projects:

  • Ownership on data migration projects covering all deliverables such as requirements, data analysis, data mapping and data transformation.
  • Working closely with Business applications team and Project team on data aspects
  • Ensure the data related requirements and development work is fully documented to enable service transitioning

BAU:

  • Technical lead on corporate data quality improvement initiatives by benchmarking data quality, identifying data quality issues and providing recommendations for data quality tracking & reporting.
  • Collaborate with business application team and business stakeholders to drive continuous data quality improvement
  • Responsible for the requirements, design, development and maintenance of automated business KPI Reporting Assist with the maintenance and ad-hoc tasks in the Central Data Repository.

Who you are:

  • You MUST have Advanced SQL skills - ability to write highly optimised queries for complex analytical use cases, to design efficient data models, handle large datasets with performance-tuned queries, write stored procedures/user-defined functions with experience in data quality check and implementing logic to detect anomalies.
  • Advanced Data Visualisation Skill and experience in Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Experience in Data Migration Projects
  • Must have excellent command of English both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • 4 years + experience of working as a Data Analyst.
  • Working experience with CRM Data and solid understanding of CRM (ideally Salesforce)
  • Business Analysis skills, able to analyse problems and requirements
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications/Experiences:

  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Knowledge and experience of Logic App, Salesforce, Business Central.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data services, Power App, and basic data transformation techniques.
  • Project management skills and experience
  • General knowledge of ERP Data
  • Experience in Integration Projects
